Terms and Conditions for Using kx8 – Player Agreement

1 Eligibility

To use kx8, you must meet the following requirements. These are not suggestions — they are hard rules, and violating them can result in immediate account closure.

• You must be at least 18 years old. kx8 does not allow minors to create accounts, place bets, or access any gaming features. If we discover that a user is underage, the account will be closed and any funds will be handled according to local regulations.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

4 Betting Rules

7 Intellectual Property

All content on kx8 — including the logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and branding — is owned by kx8 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any kx8 content without written permission. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights over kx8 intellectual property.

8 Limitation of Liability

kx8 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep everything running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Specifically:
